Our cloud service provider experienced a networking issue across their services this afternoon that might have impacted workflows that were running during that time.

The timeline for the interruption is as follows:

- 2:15pm CST - Our cloud service provider started experiencing networking issues.
- 3:00pm CST - Our team confirmed the issue was related to a networking disruption between services.
- 3:40pm CST - Our team completed putting mitigations in place to resolve the networking issues.

During this time, actions might have encountered fix tasks and batch runs might have not been started successfully. Fix tasks generated during the outage can safely be retried. If you have any questions, please contact help@catalytic.com
